Nga kryerja e mostrave t\u00eb ndryshme t\u00eb uj\u00ebrave p\u00ebrreth, rezultoi se t\u00eb gjith\u00eb liqenet p\u00ebrreth kan\u00eb nj\u00eb pH shum\u00eb alkaline (deri n\u00eb 9.5-9.7), gj\u00eb q\u00eb do t\u00eb justifikonte mbijetes\u00ebn dhe p\u00ebrparimin evolucionar t\u00eb species njer\u00ebzore.<\/p>\n<p>Mekanizmi alkalizues i ujit<br \/>\nNga pik\u00ebpamja kimike, uji alkalik i detyrohet kapacitetit t\u00eb tij terapeutik potencialit t\u00eb reduktimit t\u00eb oksidimit ose ORP (Oxidation Reduction Potential).<br \/>\nKy paramet\u00ebr p\u00ebrshkruan aft\u00ebsin\u00eb e nj\u00eb molekule, nj\u00eb joni ose nj\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebr\u00ebsi p\u00ebr t\u00eb hequr dor\u00eb nga elektronet (oksidues &#8211; ORP pozitiv) ose p\u00ebr t\u00eb marr\u00eb elektrone (duke reduktuar, duke u b\u00ebr\u00eb nj\u00eb antioksidant &#8211; ORP negative).<br \/>\nP\u00ebr t\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb nj\u00eb shembull, antioksidant\u00ebt natyral\u00eb t\u00eb trupit (p\u00ebr shembull koenzima Q10) ose ato t\u00eb futura me ushqim (p\u00ebr shembull vitaminat A, C dhe E) kan\u00eb nj\u00eb ORP negativ.<br \/>\nN\u00eb fund t\u00eb fundit, fal\u00eb elektroliteve t\u00eb tij kryesisht alkalizuese si kalciumi, silikati i kaliumit, magnezi dhe bikarbonati, uji alkaline duhet t\u00eb ushtroj\u00eb nj\u00eb funksion shum\u00eb t\u00eb fuqish\u00ebm antioksidues.<br \/>\nOpinion i Shkenc\u00ebs<br \/>\nPse ushqimet dhe pijet nuk mund t\u00eb ndryshojn\u00eb pH e gjakut?<br \/>\nBilanci acido-bazik i trupit mb\u00ebshtetet nga nj\u00eb s\u00ebr\u00eb mekanizmash fiziologjik\u00eb shum\u00eb efektiv\u00eb.<br \/>\nN\u00eb kushte normale, pH e gjakut nuk p\u00ebson ndryshime t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme dhe mbetet n\u00eb kushte alkaliniteti t\u00eb leht\u00eb, midis 7.35 dhe 7.45.<br \/>\nNdryshime t\u00eb vogla por klinikisht t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme n\u00eb pH t\u00eb gjakut mund t\u00eb regjistrohen n\u00eb disa patologji (zakonisht t\u00eb natyr\u00ebs renale ose diabeti i r\u00ebnd\u00eb dhe i dekompensuar), gjat\u00eb disa terapive farmakologjike ose n\u00eb rastin e sjelljeve ekstreme dietike (diet\u00eb ketogjenike dhe t\u00eb ngjashme).<br \/>\nLuhatjet n\u00eb pH t\u00eb gjakut mbi \u00b1 0,4 pik\u00eb shoq\u00ebrohen me d\u00ebmtime serioze organike dhe, n\u00eb munges\u00eb t\u00eb trajtimit, mund t\u00eb jen\u00eb vdekjeprur\u00ebse.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr urin\u00ebn \u00ebsht\u00eb ndryshe<br \/>\nE nj\u00ebjta gj\u00eb nuk mund t\u00eb thuhet p\u00ebr ekuilibrin e pH n\u00eb urin\u00eb. K\u00ebto p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsojn\u00eb nj\u00eb mjet shum\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm ekskretimi p\u00ebr organizmin dhe m\u00eb sakt\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebjn\u00eb \u201cmbeturinat e gjakut\u201d.<br \/>\nUshqimet dhe pijet, acide apo bazike, nuk jan\u00eb n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb ndryshojn\u00eb pH-n\u00eb e gjakut p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb sistemeve rregullimi e mban at\u00eb n\u00eb ekuilib\u00ebr duke neutralizuar (bikarbonatet, albuminat dhe hemoglobin\u00ebn) ose duke d\u00ebbuar (ventilimin pulmonar dhe filtrimin e veshkave) molekulat potencialisht p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebse p\u00ebr ndryshimin.<br \/>\nSi\u00e7 e kemi par\u00eb, nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e molekulave dhe joneve t\u00eb acidit t\u00eb pad\u00ebshiruar (jo t\u00eb paq\u00ebndrueshme) filtrohet nga veshkat dhe p\u00ebrqendrohet n\u00eb urin\u00eb.<br \/>\nS\u00eb bashku me to, disa molekula t\u00eb sistemeve rregullatore p\u00ebrfundojn\u00eb edhe n\u00eb l\u00ebngun ekskretues; m\u00eb s\u00eb shumti \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb:<\/p>\n<p>Ushtroni nj\u00eb efekt t\u00eb dobish\u00ebm n\u00eb formimin e gur\u00ebve t\u00eb caktuar n\u00eb veshka (por n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn koh\u00eb rrit rrezikun e llojeve t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb litiaz\u00ebs renale).<br \/>\nKontribuoni n\u00eb ekuilibrin e elektroliteve n\u00eb terma afatgjat\u00eb (\u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb burim i mundsh\u00ebm i kaliumit, magnezit dhe kalciumit).<br \/>\nPrandaj do t\u00eb ishte e p\u00ebrshtatshme t\u00eb fokusoheshim m\u00eb shum\u00eb n\u00eb sasin\u00eb dhe llojin e mineraleve q\u00eb karakterizojn\u00eb ujin alkalik, sesa n\u00eb pH p\u00ebrfundimtar.<br \/>\nP\u00ebr m\u00eb tep\u00ebr, t\u00eb mos harrojm\u00eb se disa s\u00ebmundje t\u00eb veshkave dhe marrja e barnave t\u00eb caktuara mund t\u00eb nxisin leht\u00ebsisht akumulimin metabolik t\u00eb mineraleve dhe t\u00eb \u00e7ojn\u00eb n\u00eb efekte an\u00ebsore t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme.<br \/>\nUji Alkaline dhe Hidratimi<br \/>\nI pap\u00ebrshtatsh\u00ebm n\u00eb rastin e patologjive t\u00eb veshkave dhe terapive farmakologjike q\u00eb ndikojn\u00eb n\u00eb filtrimin ose k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb urin\u00eb acidike, uji alkaline n\u00eb vend t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb i k\u00ebshilluesh\u00ebm p\u00ebr ruajtjen e hidratimit.<br \/>\nMarrja e ujit alkalin kontribuon n\u00eb reduktimin e prodhimit t\u00eb urin\u00ebs dhe osmolalitetit t\u00eb gjakut, duke ju lejuar t\u00eb ruani nivele m\u00eb t\u00eb larta hidratimi dhe duke siguruar rrjedhshm\u00ebri t\u00eb gjakut n\u00eb sistemin kardiovaskular.<br \/>\nKujtojm\u00eb se osmolaliteti i lart\u00eb i plazm\u00ebs shoq\u00ebrohet me nj\u00eb rrezik t\u00eb shtuar t\u00eb vdekjes nga goditjet n\u00eb tru.<br \/>\nK\u00ebto efekte nuk jan\u00eb t\u00eb menj\u00ebhershme, por graduale, gj\u00eb q\u00eb sugjeron nj\u00eb p\u00ebrfitim hipotetik afatgjat\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Uji Alkaline dhe Sportet<br \/>\nDisa supozojn\u00eb se uji alkalik mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsoj\u00eb performanc\u00ebn e atletit.<br \/>\nGjat\u00eb aktivitetit fizik motorik, prodhohen shum\u00eb jone hidrogjeni (t\u00eb \u00e7liruara nga acidi laktik), t\u00eb cil\u00ebt tentojn\u00eb t\u00eb ulin pH-n\u00eb; ato normalisht buferohen nga prania e acidit bikarbonat-karbonik por jan\u00eb ende p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebse p\u00ebr fillimin e lodhjes.<br \/>\nPirja e ujit alkalin mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsoj\u00eb kapacitetin buferik, duke optimizuar performanc\u00ebn;
