Kjo gjendje mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb sindrom\u00ebs burnout, dometh\u00ebn\u00eb nj\u00eb gjendje stresi t\u00eb lidhur me pun\u00ebn n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn prishet ekuilibri delikat midis p\u00ebrpjekjeve dhe rezultateve.
