Studiuesit zbuluan se vrapi kishte m\u00eb shum\u00eb p\u00ebrfitime p\u00ebr sh\u00ebndetin fizik t\u00eb nj\u00eb individi sesa ila\u00e7et kund\u00ebr depresionit, t\u00eb cilat kishin nj\u00eb efekt pak negativ me kalimin e koh\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>The Independent\u00a0raporton se studimi ka krahasuar efektet e antidepresant\u00ebve dhe vrapit n\u00eb ankthin, depresionin dhe sh\u00ebndetin e p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm t\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb se 140 pacient\u00ebve.<\/p>\n<p>Edhe pse t\u00eb dyja gj\u00ebrat kan\u00eb p\u00ebrfitime, regjimi 16-javor i vrapit p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsoi sh\u00ebndetin fizik t\u00eb pacient\u00ebve, nd\u00ebrsa ila\u00e7et kund\u00ebr depresionit \u00e7uan n\u00eb sh\u00ebndetin fizik pak m\u00eb t\u00eb keq. Megjithat\u00eb, shumica e pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsve e pat\u00ebn m\u00eb t\u00eb leht\u00eb t\u00eb merrnin ila\u00e7e sesa t\u00eb ndiqnin vazhdimisht nj\u00eb regjim fitnesi.<\/p>\n<p>Pacient\u00ebve iu dha mund\u00ebsia t\u00eb merrnin ila\u00e7et kund\u00ebr depresionit p\u00ebr 16 dit\u00eb ose t\u00eb merrnin pjes\u00eb n\u00eb terapin\u00eb e vrapit n\u00eb grup p\u00ebr 16 jav\u00eb. 45 prej tyre zgjodh\u00ebn mjekimin dhe 96 zgjodh\u00ebn vrapin dy deri n\u00eb tre her\u00eb n\u00eb jav\u00eb p\u00ebr 45 minuta.
