N\u00eb tekstin e botuar, studiuesit detajojn\u00eb metodat dhe rezultatet e nj\u00eb studimi t\u00eb madh q\u00eb krahasoi nivelet e fitnesit kardio-respirator dhe rrezikun e tre prej llojeve m\u00eb t\u00eb zakonshme t\u00eb kancerit te meshkujt dhe zbuloi se fitnesi m\u00eb i lart\u00eb kardiorespirator lidhej me nj\u00eb rrezik m\u00eb t\u00eb ul\u00ebt t\u00eb kancerit t\u00eb zorr\u00ebs s\u00eb trash\u00eb dhe mushk\u00ebrive, por edhe nj\u00eb incidenc\u00eb m\u00eb e lart\u00eb e kancerit t\u00eb prostat\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>Konkretisht, studimi p\u00ebrfshiu 17,709 burra, n\u00eb nj\u00eb gam\u00eb t\u00eb gjer\u00eb moshe 18-75 vje\u00e7, me nj\u00eb mosh\u00eb mesatare 42 vje\u00e7 dhe nj\u00eb indeks mesatar t\u00eb mas\u00ebs trupore 26, gjat\u00eb nj\u00eb periudhe ndjekjeje q\u00eb zgjati mesatarisht 9.6 vjet. Fitnesi kardiorespirator (CRF) u mat duke p\u00ebrdorur nj\u00eb mjet q\u00eb vler\u00ebson shkall\u00ebn maksimale t\u00eb oksigjenit q\u00eb pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsit mund t\u00eb arrinin n\u00eb ritmin e tyre maksimal t\u00eb zemr\u00ebs. Gjat\u00eb studimit jan\u00eb regjistruar gjithsej 499 raste me kancer t\u00eb zorr\u00ebs s\u00eb trash\u00eb, nga t\u00eb cilat 152 kan\u00eb qen\u00eb fatale, 283 raste me kancer t\u00eb mushk\u00ebrive, me 207 fatale dhe 1918 raste me kancer t\u00eb prostat\u00ebs, nga t\u00eb cilat 141 kan\u00eb vdekur.<\/p>\n<p>Sipas rezultateve t\u00eb studimit, nivelet m\u00eb t\u00eb larta t\u00eb fitnesit kardiorespirator u shoq\u00ebruan me nj\u00eb rrezik m\u00eb t\u00eb ul\u00ebt t\u00eb kancerit t\u00eb zorr\u00ebs s\u00eb trash\u00eb dhe mushk\u00ebrive (2%) dhe nj\u00eb rrezik m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb t\u00eb kancerit t\u00eb prostat\u00ebs (1%).
