Merrni Vitamine C\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Marrja perdite e 75 mg vitamine C parandalon formimin e shpejte te rrudhave. Nje sasi e tille gjendet ne dy kokrra portokall.<\/p>\n<p><strong>7<\/strong><strong>. Zbardhni dhembet\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Zbardhni dhembet. Do dukeni me e re. Dhembet e bardhe jane shume terheqes.<\/p>\n<p><b>8. Mos harroni manikyrin dhe pedikyrin.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Kurimi i duarve dhe kembeve \u00a0largon pamjen e moshuar . eshte detaj i vogel qe u rinon shume.<\/p>\n<p><b>9. Shini cfare u nevojitet me shume, perpara se te vendosni.<\/p>\n<p><b>13. Hiqni tualetin gjate nates\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p>pastrojeni fytyren, perpara se te flini. Tualeti ne gjume e ben fytyren me te lodhur dhe e plak me shpejt.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>14.Perdorni buzekuq te celur<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Ju ben te dukeni me e re. Nqs pelqeni buzekuqet e erreta mos i vini kurre pa fondotinte.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>15. Ndryshoni modelet e flokeve\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Ndiqni moden ne prerjen e flokeve. Do ju beje te dukeni me e re dhe tu rritet vetebesimi. .<\/p>\n<p><b>16. Pini uje\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Eshte sekreti me i madh i rinise se perjetshme.
