Mos lini asnje zone te lagesht, pasi lageshtia zerthehet nga bakteret, po ashtu si djersa.<\/li>\n<li>Kini kujdes ne perzgjedhjen e antidjerses. Nqs antidjersa ka permbajtje kloruri te aluminit, atehere jane parandalues shume te mire te djersitjes.<\/li>\n<li>Kini kujdes me rrobat qe vishni. Kontrollojeni garderoben qe rrobat te jene te lara dhe mos varni ne dollape rroba te djersitura gjate dites. Nderroni corapet dhe perdorni pudra per kembet nqs kembet ju djersijne shume.<\/li>\n<li>Kujdes me ushqimet qe konsumoni. Piperi dhe gjerat e tjera pikante nxisin daljen e eres nga trupi.
