Kjo simptom\u00eb mund t\u00eb ket\u00eb shkaqe t\u00eb ndryshme. N\u00eb shumic\u00ebn e rasteve, fryrja e barkut \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb simptom\u00eb e par\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme q\u00eb lidhet me gabime dietetike; megjithat\u00eb, ajo gjithashtu mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb dhe shfaqje e nj\u00eb patologjie n\u00eb zhvillim.<\/p>\n<p>Fryrja e barkut mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb e izoluar ose t\u00eb shoq\u00ebrohet me simptoma t\u00eb tjera gastrointestinale (t\u00eb tilla si t\u00eb p\u00ebrziera, dhimbje barku, gazra, kapsll\u00ebk ose diarre) ose simptoma jo specifike (dhimbje koke, lodhje trupi dhe pafuqi). Ndjenja e ngopjes dhe tensionit abdominal pas konsumit t\u00eb ushqimit mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb si rrjedhoj\u00eb e aerofagis\u00eb, nj\u00eb gjendje e shkaktuar nga g\u00eblltitja e sasive t\u00eb m\u00ebdha t\u00eb ajrit gjat\u00eb vaktit. Sjelljet q\u00eb favorizojn\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb fenomen p\u00ebrfshijn\u00eb p\u00ebrtypjen e ushqimit shpejt dhe keq dhe konsumin e pijeve t\u00eb gazuara. Ankthi dhe situatat stresuese gjat\u00eb vaktit gjithashtu mund t\u00eb predispozojn\u00eb p\u00ebr aerofagi. Pirja e duhanit, \u00e7am\u00e7ak\u00ebzi dhe ngr\u00ebnia e karameleve jan\u00eb faktor\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb q\u00eb mund t\u00eb kontribuojn\u00eb n\u00eb fryrjen e barkut.<\/p>\n<p>Formimi i sasive t\u00eb m\u00ebdha t\u00eb gazit mund t\u00eb buroj\u00eb gjithashtu nga fenomenet e fermentimit (metabolizmit t\u00eb sheqerit) n\u00eb zorr\u00eb. Kjo varet m\u00eb shpesh nga marrja e pijeve me gaz t\u00eb \u00ebmb\u00eblsuara, karbohidrateve komplekse, majave q\u00eb gjenden n\u00eb produkte t\u00eb pjekura (t\u00eb tilla si buka dhe pica) ose n\u00eb birr\u00eb dhe ushqime t\u00eb pasura me fibra (p.sh. bishtajore, kop\u00ebr, argjinare, lak\u00ebr, brokoli, kivi, pjep\u00ebr etj).<\/p>\n<p>V\u00ebmendje e ve\u00e7ant\u00eb gjithashtu duhet t&#8217;i kushtohet metodave t\u00eb p\u00ebrgatitjes s\u00eb ushqimit: ushqimet e skuqura dhe shtimi i shum\u00eb er\u00ebza mund t\u00eb irritojn\u00eb muret e zorr\u00ebve dhe t\u00eb favorizoj\u00eb formimin e gazrave. P\u00ebr t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn arsye, pijet alkoolike, \u00e7aji dhe kafeja gjithashtu duhet t\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb kufizuara.
