Pasterizimi \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00ebnyra m\u00eb efektive p\u00ebr t\u00eb shkat\u00ebrruar \u00e7do bakterie t\u00eb d\u00ebmshme, pa ndryshuar vler\u00ebn ushqyese t\u00eb produkteve. P\u00ebr t\u00eb minimizuar rrezikun e infeksioneve, duhet konsumuar qum\u00ebsht I pasterizuar, djath\u00eb I stazhionuar..<\/p>\n<p><strong>2.Mishi I pagatuar(krudo) dhe I procesuar<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ngr\u00ebnia e mishit t\u00eb pagatuar mir\u00eb ose krudo gjat\u00eb shtatzanis\u00eb rrit riskun e marrjes s\u00eb infeksioneve nga baktere ose parazit\u00eb t\u00eb ndrysh\u00ebm sic jane Toxoplazma,E.coli ,Listeria dhe Salmonella. K\u00ebto baktere rrezikojn\u00eb sh\u00ebndetin e bebit ,duke cuar n\u00eb abort ose semundje t\u00eb sistemit nervor sic jan\u00eb paaft\u00ebsi intelektuale,verb\u00ebri dhe epilepsi.Mishi n\u00eb fast-food\u00a0 apo mish\u00ebrat e tjer\u00eb t\u00eb procesuar jan\u00eb nj\u00eb shqet\u00ebsim p\u00ebr grat\u00eb shtatzan\u00eb pasi k\u00ebto mund t\u00eb infektohen\u00a0 gjat\u00eb procesit t\u00eb p\u00ebrpunimit ose magazinimit.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3.Peshku me nivele te larta merkuri<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Merkuri eshte nje elemnt I madh\u00a0 toxik . Zakonisht gjendet n\u00eb uj\u00ebrat e ndotura .Nqs merret n\u00eb sasi t\u00eb m\u00ebdha ,mund te shkaktoj\u00eb problem ne sistemin nervor,sistemin ,imunitet\u00a0 dhe veshka.Gjithashtu mund t\u00eb shkaktoj probleme serioze n\u00eb\u00a0 zhvillimin tek f\u00ebrmijet edhe nqs meret n\u00eb sasi t\u00eb vogla. Meq\u00ebn\u00ebse gjendet n\u00eb detet e ndotura ,peshqit e m\u00ebdhenj mund\u00a0 akumulojn\u00eb sasi t\u00eb m\u00ebdha m\u00ebrkuri. Prandaj \u00ebsht\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme q\u00eb t\u00eb shmanget konsumini I peshqve me sasi t\u00eb m\u00ebdha m\u00ebrkuri gjate shtatzanise dhe laktacionit.<\/p>\n<p>Gjithsesi duhet theksuar se jo t\u00eb gjith\u00eb llojet e peshqve kane sasi t\u00eb lart\u00eb m\u00ebrkuri,vet\u00ebm disa prej tyre.Konsumimi I peshqve me nivel t\u00eb ul\u00ebt m\u00ebrkuri gjat\u00eb shtatzanis\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb shume e sh\u00ebndetshme dhe k\u00ebto lloje mund t\u00eb konsumohen deri ne 3 here ne jave(trofta,acuget,sardelet,salmon). Peshqit me yndyr\u00eb si salmon dhe acuget jan\u00eb nje opsion shume I mir\u00eb sepse jane t\u00eb pasura me omega 3 qe jan\u00eb shume te rendesishme per zhvillimin e bebit.<\/p>\n<p>Nuk rekomandohet peshku krudo per shkak te pranis\u00eb s\u00eb listerias me uj\u00eb t\u00eb kontaminuar. Bakteri I listerias mund t\u00eb trasmetohet t\u00eb f\u00ebmija n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet placent\u00ebs ,edhe pse nuk mund te shfaqen simptoma te n\u00ebna .Kjo con ne lindje premature ,abort\u00a0 ose probleme te tjera serioze .<\/p>\n<p><strong>5.Vez\u00ebt jo te ziera mire<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Vezet jo te ziera mire mund te kontaminohen nga bakteri I Salmoneles.\u00a0Simptomat qe shfaq ky bakter jane temperatura,te vjella,te perziera ,dhimbje stomaku dhe diarre. Ne disa raste te rralla mund te shkaktoje dhimbje te uterusit duke cuar ne lindje te parakohshme ose abort.<\/p>\n<p><strong>6.Ushqimet e konservuara,te perpunuara<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Shtatzania eshte periudha m\u00eb e mir\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb filluar ngr\u00ebnien e ushqimeve te sh\u00ebndetshme q\u00eb ndihmojn\u00eb n\u00eb rritjen dhe sh\u00ebndetin tuaj dhe te bebit. Ekziston nj\u00eb mit q\u00eb duhet te &#8220;hani p\u00ebr dy&#8221;. Ju mund t\u00eb hani si\u00e7 b\u00ebni normalisht gjat\u00eb 3 mujorit t\u00eb par\u00eb, pastaj t\u00eb rrisni me rreth 350 kalori n\u00eb dit\u00eb n\u00eb tremujorin tuaj t\u00eb dyt\u00eb, dhe rreth 450 kalori n\u00eb dit\u00eb n\u00eb tremujorin tuaj t\u00eb tret\u00eb.Regjimi ushqimor duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbaj\u00eb ushqime t\u00eb plota me shum\u00eb l\u00ebnd\u00eb ushqyese p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbushuar nevojat e n\u00ebn\u00ebs dhe fetusit.
